HelpDesk: How Do I Submit A New Support Ticket?

Summary:



1. On the Support page (previous page), you will see an option to Submit a ticket





2. If there are any remaining red asterisks (*) please be sure to enter the appropriate information.



3. Click the reCaptcha box to confirm you are not spam and hit submit.  This will place your submission in the support queue and will be addressed as soon as possible.
